Liability & Insurance
Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
The PTCOG 64 Conference Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Cloakroom
There will be a cloakroom available onsite at the venue. Due to the venue regulations, it is not allowed to store luggage at the cloakroom. Please keep luggage at your hotel, and do not bring it to the venue.

FACULTY REGISTRATION DESK
The following attendees are kindly requested to visit the Faculty Registration Desk to collect their badges: PTCOG EC & Invited Speakers. All other delegates including abstract presenters are kindly requested to scan the bar code received by email and to print their badges at the pre-paid registration stations. Thank you for your cooperation!
BADGES & PREPAID REGISTRATION
A confirmation letter containing the attached badge will be sent to all non-faculty participants about a week before the start of the meeting.
Delegates should print their badge on-site upon arrival. The badge will allow one delegate entry to the meeting. You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all sessions and events.
Function tickets: Purchased function tickets will be available via the PTCOG 64 Conference mobile app, under ‘my vouchers’ tab.
